Peak Event Planning is a Special Events & Weddings Planning, Coordinating and Event Design business assisting clients with all different tastes and styles. My goal as a wedding and event planner, coordinator and event designer is to ensure the planning process, and the event itself, are seamless. This comprehensive package includes full wedding planning/coordinating services as well as extra planning services. These additional services include bridal shower preparations, organizing rehearsal dinners, and full event design assistance. This bundle is intended to help couples determine and finalize every aspect leading up to their big day, including the events leading up to the wedding as well as afterwards for those looking to make honeymoon arrangements. Listed below are the tasks I would handle for each couple.

    • CLIENT NOTE: Please allot a one-hour timeframe for all planning meetings.   • Assist with Planning all Details with the Client According to the Expectations and Timeline Discussed Between Peak Event Planning and the Client

This is more of a “build your own” type package. This custom package is designated towards clients who need assistance with finalizing details of their event 3 or more months prior. It is also for clients who need help with particular services like décor, rentals, and sourcing in addition to the primary day-of coordinating services. Peak Event Planning will fill in where the client needs, and clients can also choose any Add On package services listed below in addition to this package.

Month of Coordinating Package

This Package is for clients looking to ensure their wedding is seamless on their special day. Peak Event Planning will make certain every detail is finalized 1-9 months prior, to guarantee that the event is properly executed. Client(s) can also choose any of the Add On package services listed below in addition to this package.

Month of Coordinating Includes:

  • First Consultation Meeting Free
  • Up to 5 Planning Meetings
  • Available During Business Hours via Zoom, In-Person, Email or Phone Throughout Entire Planning Process
    • Client Will Book Meetings Through Peak Event Planning’s Scheduling Link
  • Dress Rehearsal Day Before Wedding – Up to Two Hours
  • Finalize Details with All Booked Vendors – Timeline, venue layout, parking instructions, payments made in full, etc.
  • If Needed Peak Event Planning Will Oversee and Keep Track of Appointment Dates, Payment Dates and Deadlines for Client(s). All Dates Must be Approved by the Vendor and the Client(s).
  • Day-of Set Up
    • Ceremony Chairs, Ceremony Signs, Other Signage, Guest Book Table, Gift Table, Cocktail Hour Tables/Décor, Reception Tables/Chairs, Linens, Table Settings, Table Décor (i.e.: Table Numbers, Candles, Photos, Faux Centerpieces (Rented or Homemade), Items Made by Client(s), Party Favors, etc.)
    • Note: This does not include setting up florals, client’s florist will have to setup.
    • Note: This does not include setting up food stations, buffets or bars, client’s caterers/bartenders/venue personnel will have to setup.
  • Day-of Coordinating
    • Up to 12-15 hours with Set-up, Duration of Event, Tear Down
    • Client(s) Must Get Approval with Venue in Writing for Peak Event Planning to be Able to Arrive 4-6 Hours Before Ceremony Start Time to Complete Set-Up on Time. Arrival Time is Dependent Upon Wedding Size and How Much Set-Up is Involved.
  • Event Clean Up

Month-of Coordinator Package Costs* **

  • $200.00 Non-Refundable Retaining Fee to be Paid at Time of Booking and Contract Signing (This is included in the total package price).
  • Payment schedule to be discussed at time of booking. Final invoice must be paid 30 days prior to event.
  • Prices start at $900.00

*Final package cost dependent upon final guest count and client’s needs. Final price TBD by Peak Event Planning, LLC via proposal once client inquires to secure their event date and client expectations have been discussed.

Peak Event Planning is based in Colorado and offers consultations for local or destination weddings or events. As a planner and coordinator since 2015, I have had the honor of assisting with various events and weddings over the years, including a wedding in Mainz, Germany and another in Palm Springs, California. While in Germany, I was thoroughly involved with the set-up, design, and floral/décor while also facilitating other components of the wedding like the food tasting and cake preparations. In Palm Springs, I was primarily focused on set-up and day-of coordinating tasks. In both weddings, the bride and groom chose the DJ, the photographer, the venue, and the overall design concept.
